Designer Atousa G’s Fashion Forward event, coproduced by Chaya Sarah Bacharach, SewDown returns for Los Angeles Fashion Week Fall 2014. Presented by Heroes & Heroines Agency, a new agency representing DJs, VJs, models and personalities, the popular and edgy show and sale will take place March 15 at 333 Live in Downtown Los Angeles, at 333 Boyleston Street, from 8pm – 2am. SewDown will feature cutting edge lines on the runway at 10pm, music from top artists and DJs, visuals and the sexy crowd that made SewDown the favorite street fashion show during LA’s Fashion Week from 2003 – 2010.
With ten up and coming cutting edge designers expected for the Fall 2014 runway show SewDown will retake its reign as THE Fashion Week closing event. SewDown gives their designers the opportunity to show their designs to buyers, the press and the public. Event attendees will also be able to purchase clothing, jewelry, music, footwear, art and more at wholesale and sample sale prices. In addition to fashion, SewDown will feature art installations, live painting, visuals from top VJs and their signature – world renowned music artists and DJs.
Current runway designers and vendors at SewDown Fall 2014 are Atousa G., Tamo, Goldplated, Rico Adair, Rockem Eyewear, Mamacita Jewelry, Tooth Gems by Foxy, BodyMudra Mantra Wear, Wildlife Works Apparel, Herbal Roots Apothecary and Lady Hawk Love. Runway hair will be designed by Kaz Amor and his team at VoCÊ Haircare. There is room for a few more very special designers, lines that would like to apply should contact Atousa at atousag@gmail.com.
Performing at the Fall 2014 Sew Down are Macklemore & Lewis vocals and songwriting collaborator Evan Roman, plus keeping the party going are DJs including legendary LA house music leader Doc Martin, DeeJay Heidi and Paul T of DJ Harvey’s Sarcastic Disco crew, and Stompy SF’s Deron.
Bhakti artist Pan Trinity Das has been chosen as the top visual artist at the 2014 SewDown. He will be live painting, exhibiting and selling his world renowned works.

Since its debut in Hollywood in 2003, SewDown has given more than 100 designers the opportunity to showcase their fashions and sell their products to an eclectic and trend setting audience. In addition to producing SewDown, Atousa G is a designer and stylist, working with top talent worldwide.
